Shipping policy

Orders will be delivered via the postal service, no signature is required and deliveries will be tracked.

Our website Melhor Magazine offers worldwide shipping and deliver product up to 15 working days, provided the item is in stock. During Promotions (Private Sale, Sale …), processing periods may take up to 72 hours or more.

An e-mail notification with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped successfully.

No signature is required for all orders. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts the package will be returned to us.

Free Shipping policy

  1. The free shipping offer is applicable only to standard shipping methods.
  2. The order total must meet or exceed €10 after any discounts or promotions have been applied.
  3. This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  4. The free shipping offer is subject to change or termination at Melhor Magazine discretion without prior notice.

Returns policy

If you want to return one or more items, please contact us by email ([email protected]) and specify your order number and the items you want to return. We advise you to always keep the shipping receipt, until you received our confirmation about receiving your parcel. Keep in mind that you are held responsible for the parcel until the items have returned to us, ALWAYS add your name, order number and return reason to the parcel before returning it.

In case any of your items arrived damaged, please contact us directly through email and tell us the order number and a description of the issue and some pictures. We may contact you if necessary to request more information to understand what may have happened and resolve your case as soon as possible.

Purchases can be returned within 14 days after the receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging and tags on the items in perfect conditions. You will receive a reimbursement for the value of the returned item(s) within 10 days after the product has returned to us. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you.

You will have to pay your own return shipping costs. You can choose the carrier of your preference. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

Refund policy

If you are seeking a refund from a debit/credit card, refunds will only be made to the original card.

Melhor Magazine reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item to be returned is not in the necessary conditions as specified in our Returns Policy.

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your payment method.
